FAQ
1) What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment we accept payment only through Google, Pay-pal, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.
2) Do you accept phone orders?
Yes. We will then send you an invoice through either Google or Pay-pal. Failure to pay within three days of the invoice will result in cancellation of the order. Said cancellation will be confirmed by Email only.
3) What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is not in stock when you order, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will also advise you when we expect to have it back in stock. You will have the option of cancelling that portion of your order. We will charge your credit card only when we ship the item. Should you wish to cancel back ordered items you may do any time prior to shipping.
4) Shipping
Standard Shipping is shipping with United States Postal Service.
Standard USPS shipping costs does
not include
insurance. If you would like to have your package insured, please check the "PHONE ORDER" box for payment, place your request for insurance in the comment box. We will then send you an invoice with the final total & a Pay-pal invoice.
5) Handling Charges
Due to rising costs we will be adding the following handling costs:

:The cost of shipping, plus seventy-five cents.
International Orders
: All international orders will pay the actual cost of shipping, plus a $3.00 USD handling fee, to cover the extensive paperwork, & special packaging necessary for Customs.
6) When will my order ship?
We will endeavor to ship your order within 24 -48 hours of processing. In the event you have ordered one or more of yarn bags, it may cause a shipping delay of 7-10 business days.
7) What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We endeavor to treat you as we wish to be treated. Therefore, we process and package your order with great care. In the event there is a mistake in your order please let us know, we will do everything in our power to correct the problem.

You must contact us PRIOR to returning the product.

In the event the wrong product is sent it may be returned for full credit or, if possible, a replacement.
Credit will be in the form of store credit.
Of course, we will pay for the cost of return shipping on orders containing the wrong product.

We will NOT send the replacement product until we receive the mistakenly sent product.

All returned items must be the same excellent condition as when they were shipped to you.
There is no return on opened products.

There are no returns on beads, books or needles, unless there was an error in your order.

There are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.

nused balls/skeins of yarn may be returned within thirty days. No questions asked. However, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
